WELCOME TO VFW POST 9202 GERMANTOWN WISCONSIN

Never enough could be Given

As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group.  Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in the Persian Gulf, Korea, Kosovo, the war on terrorism or peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.

Message From Your Germantown VFWPOST 9202 —John Schaetzel Post QuarterMaster. REMINDER!!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

VFW Post 9202 largest fund raising event of the year-Christmas Tree Sales —takes place starting with set-up on Nov 21 Thursday approx 9:00AM- till maybe 4:00pm Materials required for setup are stored in a shed located on Donges Bay Rd east of Pilgrim Rd on north side of Donges Bay within St John cemetery —meeting there at 9:00AM this coming Thursday.  From here we move equipment to the actual selling site next to Latitudes Coffee Shop..The location for the tree lot is next to Latitudes Coffee Shop Pilgrim Rd & County Line Rd Germantown.   On Friday Nov 22nd the actual trees are delivered supposedly between hours 9:00-11:00am —help is also needed to move these trees around within the selling lot.                                                Actual sales begin on Sat Nov 23rd.  Help is needed for selling normal hours approximately—9:00AM - 8:00pm ( these hours can vary some what—due to weather Example— snowfall requires some work to cleanup the site therefore those days earlier start time may be required). In recent years we have been able to sellout of trees 250 of them in about 15-17 days.  Yes—this is a significant time commitment but more participation by our membership lessens the load on those who help.  We have opportunities for different tasks during these selling days.  This is also a good way to meet  & get to know your fellow members.   Family members can also help at the lot.   CONTACTS ::John Weber—Christmas Tree Sales Coordinator—-1-262-364-6152.   Thank you VETS for everything you do to help our organization.
